The service
PDF Toolbox provides online PDF processing tools (merge, split, compress, convert) on a pay-per-use credit basis. New users get free trial uses; logging in grants bonus credits.
Credits
- Credits are consumed when a job completes successfully.
- If a job fails, the reserved credits are refunded automatically.
- Credits never expire and are non-transferable.
- Payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds for credit purchases follow our refund policy below.
Refund policy
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
Acceptable use
- Don't process files you don't have the right to use.
- Don't abuse the free trial (e.g. circumventing per-IP limits).
- Don't upload malware or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
